Return Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or store credit minus any transport cost incurred. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

• Products you received over 14 days from delivery
• Products that have been opened or unsealed (other than to inspect)
• Products that have been damaged
• Products without original packaging and labels
• Products that have been assembled in any way

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition as fully resaleable products, with all original tags, labels and it’s in the original packaging. Once it gets back to us you’ll receive a refund. ( Minus any collection cost. )

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

You can cancel your order up to 48 hours after your order is placed. Any orders cancelled after this time may incur transport and restocking fees.

Please email customer service at support@chillsofas.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and our nominated courier will be touched.

HOW MUCH DO COLLECTIONS COST?

Our collection costs are £249 anywhere in the Mainland UK. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return minus any shipping cost incurred. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS    

For defective or damaged on arrival products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a technician visit to access the damage.
